St. Luke's & Kohl's Safety in a Snap Campaign Offer Boating and Water Safety Demonstration

What:  St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, partnered with Tom Scott, continue with the Kohl’s Safety on a Snap campaign with an event promoting water safety, including open water and boat safety.
When:Â Saturday, June 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where:Â Prestige Water Sports, located at 28th and Main, Boise
Why:  St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital focuses on children’s injury prevention, including water safety. This event will spotlight the importance of life jacket and boat safety for the whole family.
Visuals:Â Prestige Water Sports will have a boat containing safety equipment set up for children to go thru and locate. Life jacket fittings will be performed and educating the proper use of life jackets. There will be various activities arranged by age groups promoting water safety, in addition, there will be a water toy give-away and safety whistles for all who attend.
